Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling your child in RealMe Club programs or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Program Enrollment
Enrollment in RealMe programs requires:
- A parent or legal guardian to complete the enrollment process
- Accurate and complete information about your child
- Agreement to our safety guidelines and code of conduct
- Payment of applicable fees
Payment Terms
Our program is $599 per month with a 4-week minimum commitment:
- Payment is due at the beginning of each 4-week period
- After the initial 4 weeks, billing continues month-to-month
- Cancellation requires written notice before the next billing cycle
- No refunds for missed sessions due to personal scheduling
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:
- Treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with respect
- Maintain confidentiality about what is shared in sessions
- Follow facilitator instructions during sessions
- Refrain from bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behavior
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these guidelines.
Liability Waiver
By enrolling your child, you acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks. You agree to release RealMe Club, its employees, and facilitators from liability for any injury or harm that may occur during program activities, except in cases of gross negligence.
Photo/Video Release
During enrollment, you will have the option to consent to the use of photos or videos of your child for RealMe marketing materials. This consent is optional and can be revoked at any time.
Intellectual Property
All program materials, curriculum, and content are the property of RealMe Club and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify enrolled families of any material changes via email.
