Consistency helps girls get the most from the program. Try to keep the same session time each week and build it into your family's routine.
Celebrate Small Wins
Notice and acknowledge when your daughter uses new skills—speaking up, handling a conflict, or showing empathy. Small celebrations reinforce growth.
Extend Learning at Home
Use dinner conversations or car rides to explore themes from sessions. We'll share conversation starters in your weekly updates.
