Our Story

Every girl deservesto feel seenand understood

RealMe was born from a simple truth: the tween years are hard, and girls shouldn't have to figure it out alone. We're building the support system we wish existed.

Girls connecting and supporting each other

Our Mission

We believe that confidence isn't something you're born with—it's something you build. And the best time to start building is now, during the years that shape who you'll become.

RealMe creates safe, fun, and meaningful experiences where girls ages 8-13+ develop the social-emotional skills they need to navigate friendships, handle difficult situations, and truly be themselves.

What We Stand For

Our values guide everything we do, from how we design sessions to how we support families.

Authentic Connection

We create spaces where girls can be their true selves without judgment or pressure to perform.

Community Over Competition

Girls learn to lift each other up, celebrating differences and building genuine friendships.

Safe & Supportive

Every session is led by trained facilitators in small, carefully curated groups.

Real Skills for Real Life

We focus on practical tools girls can use today, not abstract concepts for someday.

Meet Our Founder

Built by a father who understands

“As the father of two young girls, I see firsthand the friendship struggles, social pressures, confidence challenges, and emotional ups and downs kids face today. RealMe was created from the belief that no child should feel alone in what they're going through.”

Watching my daughters navigate friendships and growing up in today's world made me realize how powerful open conversation and shared experiences can be. Inspired by the idea of supportive group discussions — where people can speak honestly, feel heard, and know they are not being judged — RealMe was designed to create a safe space where girls feel seen, included, and understood.

I believe many of the challenges young girls face can be improved through communication, connection, and confidence-building. When girls realize that what they are feeling is normal and that others are experiencing similar struggles, it helps them open up, feel less alone, and build confidence that carries into the real world.

Through conversations with other parents and my own experiences as a father, I believe this kind of supportive environment can have a meaningful impact alongside traditional support systems.
