Everything you need to know about RealMe, from enrollment to what happens in sessions.
About the Program
What is RealMe?
RealMe is a group experience for girls ages 8-13+ where they build confidence, navigate friendships, and discover their authentic selves. We offer both in-person sessions in South Florida and virtual sessions you can join from anywhere.
What age is RealMe for?
RealMe is designed for girls ages 8-13+, divided into two age groups (8-10 and 11-13+) to ensure developmentally appropriate experiences.
How big are the groups?
Each group has 6-8 girls. This size is intentional—small enough for every girl to be seen and heard, but large enough for meaningful peer connections.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are 60-75 minutes, held once per week. This is the perfect length for meaningful connection without overwhelming busy schedules.
What's the difference between in-person and virtual?
Both formats follow the same proven curriculum with trained facilitators. In-person groups meet at local venues in South Florida. Virtual groups meet via video call and can be joined from anywhere. Girls get the same transformative experience either way.
Enrollment & Pricing
How much does it cost?
RealMe is $599 per month, which includes weekly sessions, all materials, and parent resources. We require a 4-week minimum commitment, then it's month-to-month.
Is there a contract?
Just a 4-week minimum to start. After that, continue month-to-month and cancel anytime—no long-term contracts required.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes! Contact us about family pricing when enrolling multiple daughters.
How do I enroll my daughter?
Find a location near you, select a group that fits her age and schedule, and complete the enrollment form. We'll reach out to confirm details before her first session.
Sessions & Experience
What happens in a typical session?
Each session follows a proven format: Opening Circle to reconnect, a Theme discussion, an Interactive Exercise to practice skills, and closing with Accountability + Takeaway for the week.
Who leads the sessions?
All sessions are led by trained facilitators with backgrounds in education, child development, or youth mentorship. They create safe spaces where every girl can thrive.
What if my daughter is shy?
Many girls start out shy! Our facilitators are experts at helping every girl feel comfortable at her own pace. The small group size and supportive structure help shy girls open up naturally.
What if we need to miss a session?
Life happens! While consistent attendance leads to the best results, we understand occasional absences. Let us know in advance and we'll share what was covered.
Safety & Parents
How do you ensure safety?
Safety is our top priority. All facilitators are background-checked and trained. Sessions follow strict protocols, and we maintain open communication with parents throughout.
Can parents observe sessions?
To maintain the safe space girls need to open up, parents don't attend sessions. However, you'll receive regular updates on themes covered and your daughter's engagement.
How will I know what my daughter is learning?
Parents receive progress updates, session summaries, and tips for reinforcing skills at home. We believe in partnering with parents for the best outcomes.
What if my daughter doesn't want to go?
It's normal for girls to feel nervous at first. Most girls who are hesitant end up loving it once they experience the supportive environment. We're happy to discuss strategies if concerns persist.
