What age is RealMe designed for?
RealMe is designed for girls ages 8-13+, divided into two groups: Ages 8-10 and Ages 11-13+. This ensures girls are matched with peers at similar developmental stages.
How are groups formed?
Girls are placed in small groups of 6-8 based on their age group (8-10 or 11-13+). We carefully match based on interests and personality to create groups where every girl feels she belongs.
What happens in a typical session?
Each 60-75 minute session follows a proven format: Opening Circle to reconnect, a Theme of the Day discussion, an Interactive Exercise to practice skills, and closing with Accountability + Takeaway for the week ahead.
How are sessions facilitated?
Every session is led by a trained facilitator with experience in child development. They create a safe space, guide discussions, and ensure every girl feels heard.
What if my daughter is shy?
Perfect! Many of our girls start out quiet. Our small groups and skilled facilitators create space for every personality type to shine at their own pace.
Do parents get updates?
Yes! Parents receive weekly summaries of what was covered (without sharing anything private) and tips for continuing the conversation at home.
