How We Keep Girls Safe
Multiple layers of protection at every level.
Background-Checked Staff
All facilitators undergo comprehensive background checks and are trained in child safety protocols.
Supervised Sessions
Every session has at least one trained facilitator present at all times. No child is ever left unsupervised.
Small Groups
Groups of 6-8 girls allow facilitators to maintain awareness and ensure every child feels safe and seen.
Open Communication
Parents receive regular updates and can reach our team at any time with questions or concerns.

- Two-adult rule: At least two vetted adults present during all activities
- Secure check-in/check-out procedures for every session
- Emergency contact information collected and accessible
- Clear reporting procedures for any safety concerns
- Regular safety training and updates for all staff
- Age-appropriate content reviewed by child development experts
Emotional Safety
Safety isn't just physical—it's emotional too. Our facilitators are trained to create environments where every girl feels:

All discussions stay confidential within the group (with exceptions for safety concerns), allowing girls to open up without fear.
